Referee Training For New Grade 8 Referees, Referee Recertification and Grade 9 to Grade 8 Bridge Clinic The Eclipse Soccer Club is in the process of scheduling and hosting several New Referee Clinics, Recertification Clinics and Grade 9 to Grade 8 Bridge Clinics.  The purpose of this is to introduce as many people as possible to the world of Soccer Refereeing. In order to schedule and host these clinics, we need to have interested people to do this.  Refereeing Soccer Games is not just for teenagers, soccer players or coaches/managers either.  Parents, Grandparents, Brothers, Sisters, Cousins, etc are welcomed.  We need referees that are from all ages! New Grade 8 Referee Clinic - This level of referee will be allowed to serve as Centers on Games, will be able to even participate in HYSA Games for Eclipse as well as associated clubs. This is a great way to make some money while enjoying the game of soccer from a front row seat. This is a 2 day Clinic that occurs on a Saturday and Sunday.  Eclipse Soccer Club will reimburse the cost of the clinic as well as the uniform up to $50.00 after the completion of 6 games.  Eclipse Soccer Club should be named as your home club in order to receive this benefit.  We are in need of referees from all over Sugar Land, Missouri City and especially the Sienna Plantation area.  Our plan is to host at least one Grade 8 Clinic in Sienna Plantation.  If you are interested in participating please email the Eclipse Referee Assignor at referee@eclipsesoccerclub.com.  Dates will be announced as soon as they are scheduled.  Recertification - Maybe it has been a little while since you have been involved and you did not make one of the pre-Spring recertification clinics.  Your chance has come to get your 2008 certification.
