Player AgeIt is club policy to place children onto teams of their appropriate age groups.  A player’s age group for the entire playing year (September/Fall through May/Spring) is determined by that child's age on July 31 preceding Fall season.  To determine the age group for your player, please refer to RegisterΰAge Group Calculation on this website.  Minimum participation age in the Eclipse Recreational Program is 4 years of age by July 31 preceding Fall season.

Uniforms:  Registration fee covers the cost of the team jersey, shorts, and socks.  Players will need to purchase shin guards, cleats, and an appropriately sized ball.  During the week prior to the first game, team coaches will deliver uniforms to players/parents at practice.  Uniform samples (for sizing) are available at our walk-in registrations and at Soccer 4 All.  Players registered for Fall season should retain their uniforms if they intend to play in the Spring, as new uniforms are not issued to returning players.

Refunds:  Players who voluntarily withdraw IN WRITING to the Registrar, PRIOR TO JULY 24 (Fall season) or JANUARY 31 (Spring season) will be eligible for a refund of registration fees paid, LESS a $10 processing fee.  Refunds requested after the dates listed above (but prior to games beginning for the season) will receive a refund of registration fees paid, LESS actual expenses incurred for the player at the time the Registrar receives the refund request.  No refunds are given after games begin.

Volunteer Registration:  All individuals volunteering to serve as Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Mom/Dad, etc., for any team must register online as a volunteer (click RegisterΰVolunteer).  During the registration process, volunteers 18 and older must agree to a background check conducted by the KidSafe program through South Texas Youth Soccer.  If volunteer applications are approved,  KidSafe badges are issued and must be displayed at practices and games.
